Easter Eggs

I have been waiting for years to get to do fun Easter eggs. But the boys have been little and anything more complicated than one color and stickers was too much.

But this year, Gabe has gotten into art. In fact, he’s crazy into art. Suddenly making Easter eggs was a creative challenge. I should have thought of that when I bought the package…

The draw-with-the-crayon thing didn’t work as well as I’d hoped. But he decided to just hold the eggs part way in the water, mixing colors and making elaborate half and half eggs. I was very impressed. It was hard to want to eat these.
