Bella

After a night of sleep that was entirely too short, we started driving and a few hours later, we made it to Bella’s school. We picked her up and headed off to spend the day together. Unfortunately for Bella, that meant she had to squish between the boy’s carseats. She was not thrilled about that.

We got some lunch and then headed off to Walmart so Bella could do some Christmas shopping. By the time we finished that, everyone was so tired that we ended to back at the hotel for a nap.

Well, some of us needed a nap. Some refused to hold still…

After an hour, we woke up Dad and Josy so we could celebrate Christmas with Bella. Josy, however, missed the whole thing as he refused to wake up. I actually thought he was out for the night…

Bella was happy with all of her presents. The stuffies from the boys were huge hits.

Josy eventually woke up, and then we headed into town for dinner. On the way, we found a great spot for a family photo.

But then we got dinner.

While we were waiting for our food, Gabe asked if he could tap dance on the floor. Um, no. We don’t tap dance in restaurants…

After some delicious Thai food, we got ice cream for dessert.

Then we went back to the hotel and put the boys to bed, while Dad took Bella back to school.

This morning we got up and went back to the school to pick up Bella for breakfast.

Then we dropped her baby off at school and we started driving down to Arizona.

This was a strange way to do Christmas. But this is how our life works. And it was really good to get to see Bella.
