The Last Two Weeks

The last two weeks in pictures...

Aunt Jan gave the boys old cell phones. Gabe calls his his “radar.” Josy insists in making calls every morning.

It’s been snowing every morning all month. It’s getting a bit ridiculous. This winter never ends...

Josy and I stopped by the petshop while we were waiting for Gabe and he was super excited to see the ferrets. He will be very disappointed to find out that we’re not getting one.

He was trying to hide. Clearly he’s good at it...

Nothing like hanging out on the floor eating cookie dough...

...and then snitching cookies.

Gabe loves Lucy so much that he gave her String to snuggle with.

I just think they’re the best.

Actually, these three are the best.

Now he’s started climbing out of the car...

Breakfast shenanigans

All ready to school, with his lunchbox and a box of trains.

Seriously. So much snow. And then I had to rescue him.

Poor guy had a rough day and needing to just eat animal cracks on the floor with his blankey.

Some intense Guess Who going on over here.

There was a tiny bit left and it wasn’t worth saving, so I let him finish it off. He thought it was great.

He’s working on a new way to eat breakfast.

Josy and I don’t do much running just the two of us, but since we had to wait for Gabe at gymnastics, we decided to give it a try. He thought it wonderful, pointing out all the fun things along the way. He even started saying “Run!” when he sees the stroller.

They love each other so much.

And then suddenly spring arrived, although it’s more like summer, four days after snow. It hit 70 and Gabe was running around barefoot and with just his pirate vest (since that’s what pirates wear...).
